With our vision that “Everyone Should Have a Profession,” we continue to support young people, and as the Polinas Human Resources team, we are proud to have come together with students at the “Sector Gathering” hosted by Polinas Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which proudly carries our name.
At Polinas, we believe that securing the future of the manufacturing industry starts with supporting young people, and we emphasize the importance we place on education at every opportunity. In line with this belief, our Human Resources team participated in the Career Days organized at the school that proudly bears our name and met with young talents.

Providing Career Guidance to Young People with Our Vision: “Everyone Should Have a Profession”
By taking part in the “Sector Gathering,” which welcomed strong participation from students from many different schools, we had the opportunity to guide young people through the lens of our vision, “Everyone Should Have a Profession.” Students who visited our booth had the chance to interact directly with our industry professionals, receive advice that could guide their career journeys, and gain insights into the future dynamics of the manufacturing sector.

As the Polinas family, it was truly valuable for us to share the excitement of these young people, guide them in their career journeys, and discuss the future of the manufacturing industry together.
