In line with this approach, we completed our comprehensive project, which we initiated in December 2025, as of January 2026.
For this new period covering the years 2026–2032, we have redefined the roadmap for Polinas Human Resources with a human-centric, inclusive, and sustainable approach that effectively utilizes data and technology.
By establishing our roadmap with these defined strategic goals, we are carrying Polinas, which will reach its 50th anniversary in 2032, into the future from a strong position that supports sustainable success.
